I run Aura Locksmith myself. I answer the phone, I drive to the job, I do the work on your door. The way I think about security comes from years as an NYPD Auxiliary Police Officer before locksmithing was full-time, and from a prior career as an NYC DOB Licensed Special Rigger on high-rise jobsites where the safety standard is not negotiable.

It was about 2am and he assured me he would be able to help me gain access to my apartment and give me a new lock. He delivered, as well as gave me a good price which most locksmiths don't do for emergencies! Shortly after I had started experiencing some difficulties with the lock Ali had installed and my key had kept getting jammed every now and again. As time passed on it was completely stuck inside the cylinder and I was unable to remove the key for a bit and one day it just didn't come out. I called Ali same day and he promised he'd stop by even though it was his day off. Even though I live in the Bronx he drove from Brooklyn. He pulled through replaced my lock and made sure it was in good working order before he left. Thanks a bunch Ali you're Amazing
